As an industry leader, they provide information technology research and consultation for their clients in over 100 countries. For their office in Barcelona, they are looking for new team members to join their journey to deliver objective insights to industries in the supply chain sector.
Your responsibilities and impact as a Client Success Specialist – Supply chain will be:
– Be responsible for a portfolio of partners in the supply chain industry
– Build, develop and manage relationships with Senior C-levels to more junior client professions in Supply Chain.
– Introduce services and capabilities to partners and communicate value to their decision makers
– Focus on their engagement, retention, and satisfaction
– Having monthly meetings with the partners (leaders of their respective businesses)
– Gaining a thorough understanding of the partner sector and the competition.
– Discover their priorities, challenges they may face, understand their needs and how we can help them taking business decisions
– Increasing partner satisfaction and accelerating product competency and qualification
– Having meetings with other team – mostly with the Account Executive who is more focused on the growth of the account
– Be involved in different projects
Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
– A native level of English
– At least 3 years of relevant professional experience : Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, etc.
– Big plus : A previous experience or an interest related to Supply chain
– Bachelor’s degree required.
– Exceptional communication, collaboration, prioritization, problem-solving, critical thinking, and influencing skills
– Proven track of record of excellence
– Ability to engage other people and develop relationships
– Start date : ASAP
